Gymnast, kinesiologist, and musician Robin Wes had a unique idea: to give children the opportunity to build their motor skills, as well as social, emotional, and intellectual skills, in a fun, magical, non-competitive environment. He opened The Little Gym in 1976 in Bellevue, Washington, and the idea grew. In 1992, The Little Gym International Inc. was created to franchise Robin Wes’s concept. The Little Gym has grown absolutely incredible. We have over 400 locations worldwide. There’s a fantastic core team dedicated to helping our location owners achieve their dreams. And Robin Wes continues to be part of the team, doing what he loves most: composing all the music for The Little Gym.
The support provided by the brand and the master franchisee in Portugal covers various areas of the business, from the site search stage and business understanding to the pre-opening phase, training, opening, operational and financial management.
There is the possibility of speaking with various members of The Little Gym, whether they are clients, owners, or coaches, in order to gather as much information as possible for your business.
We provide software tools for managing classes and the business, as well as all the training for its development. All tools are online and can be accessed from anywhere in the world.

Over the course of a few phone calls, you will see if The Little Gym meets your expectations, and our team will assess whether you have the necessary profile to become a successful owner and the means to finance the business.
After you have demonstrated that you meet both your desired profile and financial requirements, we will invite you for a day in Lisbon. This day will provide us all with the opportunity to answer questions and decide whether to proceed with the process.
A few days after the visit, we will communicate our decision on the concession.
If the result is positive, we will be eagerly awaiting your acceptance.
